1. About Salad Crunch

• Salad Crunch is a cloud kitchen based in Kotturpuram, Chennai, offering freshly prepared Salad bowls through delivery, kitchen pickup, and takeaway.
• Orders are primarily received and confirmed through WhatsApp.

2. Orders & Confirmation

• Customers can initiate orders through the ordering options available on our website.
• Orders are confirmed only after Salad Crunch acknowledges them through WhatsApp or another official communication channel.
• Menu items are subject to availability, and certain bowls may be unavailable depending on ingredient supplies.
• We reserve the right to decline an order if we cannot fulfil it.
• Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact details, order selections, and delivery information.
• Customers should review their order details before confirming their purchase.

3. Menu & Pricing

• Menu items, ingredients, prices, and availability may change from time to time.
• Product photographs are for illustrative purposes. Actual presentation may vary slightly.
• The applicable price, including taxes, will be communicated or displayed before the order is confirmed.
• Any applicable delivery charges will be communicated separately before confirmation.
• Nutritional information is provided based on the ingredients and preparation methods used by Salad Crunch. Actual nutritional values may vary slightly.

4. Food Preparation

• Every Salad bowl is prepared fresh after the order is placed.
• We use fresh vegetables, quality proteins, and house-made dressings.
• Our Salad preparations are made without added cooking oil or mayonnaise.
• We do not intentionally add artificial preservatives to our food.
• Ingredient availability may vary, and any material changes to an order will be communicated to the customer where applicable.

5. Food Allergies & Dietary Requirements

• Our food may contain ingredients that can cause allergic reactions. Cross-contact between ingredients may also occur during food preparation.
• Customers with food allergies, intolerances, or specific dietary requirements should contact us before placing an order.
• Although we take reasonable care during preparation, we cannot guarantee an entirely allergen-free kitchen or product.
• Customers with serious food allergies should contact us to discuss their requirements before ordering.

6. Delivery, Pickup & Takeaway

Salad Crunch operates from Kotturpuram, Chennai, and offers delivery to selected locations within an approximate 5 km service radius.

• Delivery: Availability depends on the customer's exact location and delivery arrangements.
• Kitchen Pickup: Customers may collect their confirmed orders directly from our kitchen at the agreed time.
• Takeaway: Customers may place an order and collect it from the kitchen for takeaway.
• Delivery Charges: Applicable charges will be communicated before order confirmation.
• Delivery Times: Estimated delivery times may vary depending on traffic, weather, order volume, and other circumstances.
• Customer Details: Customers must provide an accurate delivery address and reachable phone number for delivery orders.

A location within the 5 km radius does not automatically guarantee delivery availability. Please confirm serviceability through WhatsApp before placing an order.

7. Payments

• Payment methods and instructions will be communicated during order confirmation.

8. Order Changes & Cancellation

• Customers should contact Salad Crunch through WhatsApp as soon as possible if they wish to change or cancel an order.
• Order changes and cancellation requests are subject to the order's preparation status and our ability to accommodate the request.

9. Refunds & Complaints

• We want customers to have a positive experience with Salad Crunch.
• If an order is incorrect, incomplete, damaged, or otherwise does not match the confirmed order, please contact us through WhatsApp as soon as reasonably possible after receiving it.
• To help us assess the issue, we may request the order details, photographs, or other relevant information.
